I stayed here for 2 nights and first I encountered few issues when I came but from the manager of the hotel to staff everyone is doing their best to solve the issue and they are always there whenever needed anything. I loved the fact that the rooms are clean and tidy and also the hotel is very close to big mosque, i would recommend it for those who are looking for a stay in Muscat.

Beautiful lobby and a great café! Extremely polite staff! Dinner and breakfast were very good! Spacious room, very comfortable bed! Everything you need is in the bathroom!

Staff is very kind and supportive. They upgrade us without additional charge . Moreover, they allow for late checkout till 6 pm with additional 5 OR only . In the restaurant, team provide us IFTAR for free which show their kindness and hospitality.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms There was a coffee shop at the lobby of the hotel which i really like, and the barista was so nice and polite, in addition, he makes a great cup of coffee

All the Staff members are very very friendly.. I chose the deluxe room and it was quite comfortable.. The food in the restaurant is also good.. Very clean room. House keeping is very good Room service is quick They are very generous when it comes to keeping water bottle for the guest

AMAZING! We felt so safe and living up to its name, Secure. Staff were exceptional, food was fabulous and it was just brilliant all round.

An excellent room. Clean, comfortable and modern. We had a quick check-in, and staff is attentive and courteous. Some things we liked: - Affordable room rates with breakfast included. We felt like we got a good deal. - Large TV and overhead shower. - The restaurant on the ground floor delivers room service till midnight. Affordable and decent menu (we did not try the food though!) - Several restaurants and a supermarket at walking distance from the property.
